The Role

You'll support the class teacher and pupils throughout the school day, working with individual children and small groups to help them develop academically, socially and emotionally.

You'll help to:

• Support engaging lessons and classroom activities
• Work with individuals and small groups
• Build children's confidence and independence
• Encourage positive behaviour and learning
• Create a safe, inclusive and enjoyable classroom
