Customer Service Administrator

Salary: £30,000 annual equivalent

Location: Leighton Buzzard

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm

Contract: Temporary to permanent

Start: ASAP

Mixxos is recruiting for a Customer Service Administrator to join a busy manufacturing business. You’ll look after customer accounts, process orders and work closely with internal teams to keep customers updated.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders and answer enquiries.
• Build relationships with customers and manage their accounts.
• Provide updates on orders and deliveries.
• Liaise with planning, purchasing and warehouse teams.
• Keep customer records accurate using SAP.

What we’re looking for

• Previous customer service, account management and order processing experience.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• A proactive approach and strong attention to detail.
• Manufacturing or SAP experience would be an advantage.
