Document Controller

The Opportunity

Are you an experienced Document Controller looking for your next challenge?

Join a growing and ambitious geostructural business delivering innovative projects across London, the Home Counties and the South Coast.

You’ll play a key role in managing project information, drawings, RFIs and documentation across multiple live projects, working closely with design teams, clients and senior management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and issue project drawings and documentation.
• Control revisions, registers and document workflows.
• Issue and monitor RFIs and chase responses.
• Carry out QA checks on drawings, filenames and metadata.
• Manage CDE platforms and project filing systems.
• Support O&M manuals, handover and project close-out.
• Keep project information accurate, organised and up to date.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Experienced in Document Control within construction, engineering or design.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident using CDE/EDMS systems such as Aconex, Asite, Procore or Viewpoint/4Projects.
• Strong with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Proactive, reliable and confident communicating with clients and design teams.
