Job Description:

A dynamic and supportive construction consultancy in Hertfordshire is looking to add a reliable Assistant Quantity Surveyor / Apprentice Quantity Surveyor with an interest (or experience) of working on civil projects.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor's Role

Working alongside a close knit Quantity Surveying team, the successful Assistant Quantity Surveyor will work under an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor and Director, focusing on the delivery of Civil Engineering groundworks for a key client.

The new Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be involved in carrying pre and post contract tasks on an array of drainage, cut & carve of existing carriages, and building buildings from scratch.

The Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying, or undertaking a Quantity Surveying degree
• Happy to specialise in civil projects
• A minimum of 12 months Quantity Surveying experience
• Ideally experience within a construction consultancy / chartered surveying practice
• Hard working, professional, well spoken
• Based in Hertfordshire
