Wet Trade Multi – Temp to Perm

Pay: £22–£23 per hour
Position: Temp to Perm
Company Van + Fuel Card Provided

We are currently looking for an experienced Wet Trade Multi to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis.

The role will involve carrying out general wet trade and property maintenance work, including repairs and refurbishments.

Duties:

• General plastering and patch repairs
• Rendering and making good
• Brickwork and blockwork repairs
• Tiling and other wet trade work
• Carrying out general property repairs
• Working across different properties and completing jobs to a good standard
• Working independently and managing your own workload
• Keeping the company van and tools in good condition

Requirements:

• Previous experience in wet trades/property maintenance
• Good all-round maintenance skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Own tools
• Reliable and professional approach
• Good standard of workmanship

Hours: Monday to Friday, with the potential for overtime.

This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for the right person, with a company van and fuel card provided.
