This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent communication skills and wants to be part of a successful, ambitious recruitment business.

Previous recruitment experience would be beneficial, but it's not essential. We're more interested in finding someone with the right attitude, determination and willingness to learn.

The Role

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you will play a key role in supporting our recruitment consultants by identifying, attracting and engaging suitable candidates for our clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Sourcing candidates through CV-Library, job boards, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

• Proactively contacting candidates to discuss new job opportunities.

• Conducting initial telephone screenings to assess suitability, experience and availability.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with candidates.

• Writing and posting engaging job adverts.

• Managing candidate applications and keeping our recruitment database up to date.

• Coordinating interviews and supporting candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Working closely with recruitment consultants to understand client requirements and fill vacancies.

• Developing a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future opportunities.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, personable and hungry to succeed.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Excellent communication skills and a confident telephone manner.

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic.

• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.

• The ability to work in a busy, target-driven environment.

• Confidence using computers and learning new systems.

• A natural ability to build relationships with people.

• A willingness to learn, develop and take on new challenges.

Recruitment experience is an advantage, but not essential. Experience in sales, customer service, administration or other people-focused roles would also be welcomed.

What's on Offer?

• The opportunity to build a long-term career in recruitment.

• Training, support and ongoing development.

• A friendly, supportive and ambitious team environment.

• Opportunities to progress as the business grows.

• A varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same.

• The chance to make a real impact within a growing recruitment company.
