Luton | £22 per hour CIS | Monday-Friday | 7am-5pm | 50 Hours per Week | Long-Term

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting an experienced CPCS or NPORS tracked 360 Excavator Operator with experience using a hydraulic shear attachment in a scrap processing, demolition or forestry environment for a large project in Luton.

• £22 per hour CIS.

• Monday to Friday working pattern.

• 7am-5pm shifts.

• 50 hours per week.

• Long-term opportunity.

• Mid-September start.

• Ongoing support from Acorn by Synergie throughout your assignment.

• Operate a 50T tracked 360 excavator with 10T hydraulic shear attachment.

• Safely move, sort and process scrap and recycling materials.

• Carry out daily machinery checks and basic maintenance.

• Follow site health and safety procedures.

• Work as part of a team to meet site productivity targets.

• Maintain a safe and organised working environment.

• Valid NPORS or CPCS qualification for 360 tracked excavator operation above and below 20T.

• Proven experience operating 360 Excavators within a demolition, recycling or scrap environment.

• Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently.

• Good understanding of site safety procedures.

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.

• Able to work Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm.
