• Analyse supply chain data and develop reports to provide visibility of performance and identify trends.
• Coordinate purchase orders, shipments and stock replenishment to ensure products are available when needed.
• Manage stock allocation across different sales channels, taking into consideration seasonal demand and promotional activity.
• Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to ensure effective supply planning.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce supply chain costs and increase efficiency.
• Support projects focused on improving planning systems, automation and scalability.
• Monitor and analyse key supply chain metrics, including supplier performance, lead times, predicted lost sales and inventory efficiency.
• Develop and maintain reporting tools to track performance, identify trends and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Use data and insights to make informed planning decisions and improve overall supply chain performance.

About You

We're looking for someone who has previous experience in supply chain planning within an e-commerce environment and is confident managing inventory across multiple brands.

Ideally, you'll have:

• At least 3 years' experience in a Supply Planner or similar Supply Chain Planning role.
• Previous experience working within an e-commerce business.
• Experience managing inventory and supply planning across multiple brands.
• Strong knowledge of stock management, replenishment planning and forecasting.
• Experience using ERP systems and supply chain planning tools.
• Strong Excel, reporting and data analysis skills.
• Experience with BI tools or SQL would be advantageous.
• The ability to analyse data, identify trends and make recommendations.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive approach, with an interest in improving processes and finding more efficient ways of working.

The Opportunity

• Join a growing international e-commerce business.
• Work across a varied portfolio of brands.
• Play an important role in improving and developing supply chain processes.
• Work collaboratively with teams across different areas of the business.
• Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm.
