£20.46 per hour PAYE

Morson Talent is recruiting a Supplier Due Diligence / Supplier Onboarding Analyst to join an international Procurement Excellence team within the defence sector.

You’ll support vendor due diligence and onboarding, ensuring supplier information is accurate and assessments are completed in conjunction with Compliance. Working closely with Finance, Procurement and the wider business, you’ll help maintain effective supplier processes and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out due diligence on non-procurement vendors using third-party screening and assessment tools.
• Investigate vendors, propose assessments and validate findings with Compliance.
• Process supplier onboarding, ensuring the required information and checks are completed.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and manage supplier data.
• Liaise with Finance, Compliance, Procurement and other business stakeholders to resolve queries and progress onboarding.
• Produce reports and dashboards to support visibility of supplier activity and progress.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Experience in supplier onboarding, vendor due diligence or Know Your Customer (KYC) processes.
• Knowledge of defence and aerospace regulatory requirements.
• Knowledge of ISO 37001 and ISO 9001.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong attention to detail and an organised approach to managing information.
• Confident communication skills and experience working with different business functions.
• The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Experience using Ivalua or SAP would be advantageous but is not essential.

Additional information

• Interviews will consist of an initial virtual interview followed by a face-to-face second stage.
• Travel is not currently planned, although occasional team events in France or Italy may require attendance.

Applicants will need to complete BPSS screening and be eligible to obtain Security Clearance.
