Join a Modern, Fast-Growing E-commerce Operation ACS Staffing Solutions are excited to be recruiting Sortation Operative to join our client's growing e-commerce operation in Milton Keynes, MK17.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy, modern warehouse where automation and technology play a key role in supporting the parcel sortation process. You'll work alongside automated systems designed to help parcels move efficiently through the operation, making this a great environment for anyone interested in working within a fast-paced, technology-led logistics business.

No previous warehouse experience is needed. Full training and ongoing support will be provided, so whether you're experienced in logistics or looking for your first warehouse role, we'd love to hear from you.
With the operation continuing to grow, there are also opportunities to develop your skills, progress and potentially secure a permanent position.

What You'll Be Doing: As a Sortation Operative, you'll play an important part in keeping parcels moving through the warehouse accurately and efficiently.

Your duties may include:

• Sorting parcels and products through the warehouse
• Working alongside automated sortation equipment and systems
• Scanning parcels and directing them to the correct locations
• Loading and unloading goods
• Receiving and processing incoming stock
• Moving goods safely around the warehouse
• Checking items and maintaining a high level of accuracy
• Working towards daily productivity and performance targets
• Supporting colleagues across the wider warehouse operation
• Following all health and safety procedures

The role involves a mixture of lighter and heavier items, with some goods weighing up to 15kg.

Shift Times Available

We currently have the following shifts available:

Day Shift: 07:30 – 18:00
Night Shift: 18:00 – 05:00

You'll work:

• Any 4 days out of 7
• Weekend availability is required

This gives you four working days followed by three days away from work each week, depending on your rota.

You don't need previous warehouse experience. We're looking for people with the right attitude who are:

• Reliable and ready to work
• Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Happy working around automated warehouse technology
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
• Comfortable handling goods weighing up to 15kg
• Flexible to work across a 7-day operation, including weekends
• Able to follow processes and work accurately
• Keen to learn new skills and develop
