Job Description:

We are recruiting for a Service Manager for our Aftercare and Special Works.  They will lead a team of four administrators and eight engineers focused on delivering Service and Repairs to the Prime luxury residential Air Conditioning industry.  Focus on people leadership, clear communication, workload planning, and excellent customer service. Technical expertise isn't essential, you’ll be supported by experienced engineers. We’re looking for a natural leader who keeps things running smoothly.
