Job Description:

Senior Business Development Manager – Southeast & London

We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead regional sales growth across the Southeast and London within the multi-utility and infrastructure sector.

You will take ownership of regional sales performance, lead and develop a team of Business Development professionals, and build strong relationships with housebuilders, master developers and consultants. The role will focus on increasing market share, generating new business and securing major contracts and plot wins.

Working closely with design and estimating teams, you will lead complex technical sales opportunities from initial engagement through to contract award.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high-performing Business Development team.
