Location - Hatfield
Salary – Basic £22,000 - £27,000, OTE - £40,000
Hours - Full Time, Saturdays on Rota
Full UK driving Licence and Car required (Mileage paid)

Our client based in Hatfield is seeking an ambitious Sales Negotiator to join their successful and highly regarded team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven property professional looking to progress their career within a respected Estate agency.

They are looking for someone who shares their passion for property, has a proven track record in residential sales, and can provide a first-class experience throughout the entire sales process.

As a Senior Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving business growth, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, securing sales, meeting your own targets and supporting the wider team in achieving branch targets, building strong relationships along the way with both the team and clients.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within residential property sales, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong ability to build rapport with clients. You will be confident, proactive, and target-driven, with the ambition and motivation to succeed in a competitive environment.

The Role

• Generate new business opportunities and build strong relationships with buyers and sellers.
• Register, qualify, and match applicants with suitable properties.
• Arrange and conduct viewings, providing exceptional customer service.
• Follow up leads and enquiries to maximise sales opportunities.
• Negotiate offers and manage the sales process through to completion.
• Liaise with solicitors, mortgage advisers, surveyors, and other stakeholders.
• Provide regular client updates and ensure excellent communication throughout.
• Ensure offers are financially qualified, accurately presented, and confirmed in writing.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets while contributing to branch growth.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including applicant details, feedback, and sales progression.

• Experience in residential estate agency
• Excellent sales ability
• Thoroughly professional approach to the role
• High level of customer service skills
• Good telephone manner and positive attitude
• Well-presented, ambitious and self-motivated
• Driver & full UK licence
