Job Description:

A successful and fast growing organisation are looking for a Business Development Manager to join their nationwide, retail based business.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities and build client relationships

• Prepare proposals, tenders and presentations

• Present products and services to prospective clients

• Arrange and attend client meetings and presentations

• Brief internal teams on client requirements and projects

• Coordinate internal departments to deliver successful client solutions

• Oversee the onboarding and integration of new clients

• Produce supporting documentation and implementation materials

• Maintain regular client communication throughout implementation

• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth

• Research market trends and spot new commercial opportunities

• Contribute ideas to support business development and sales growth

• Attend industry events, conferences and networking activities
