Position: Recruitment Consultant

Salary: £30,000 + Comms

Hours: 08:00-17:30 Monday to Friday

Apex Resources are hiring Sales Consultants to join our 2027 cohort, starting in January as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.

We have built a large database of skilled tradespeople across the UK and have continued to expand into new markets and locations.

With further growth planned, we're looking to open 4 additional branches over the next 12 months.

The Opportunity

We're looking for ambitious, commercially minded individuals with a strong sales background who want to build a successful career in recruitment.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll be responsible for developing new business, building client relationships and generating revenue within the recruitment sector with a key focus on Trades & Labour markets..

You don't need previous recruitment experience.

We're interested in people who know how to sell, prospect, build relationships and win business.

A background in any of the following would be highly desirable:

• Real Estate
• Brokerage
• B2B Sales
• Cold Calling
• Outbound Sales
• Business Development

Key Skills and attributes: 

• Confident in speaking to business owners 
• Financially motivated - This is an extremely lucrative opportunity with a market leading comms package
