Role Summary
A vacancy has arisen for an experienced Licensed Conveyancer to join a busy Residential Property team. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years’ post-qualification experience and will be expected to manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, with minimal supervision.
This role would suit a confident fee earner with strong technical ability, sound client care skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills and Experience
Applicants should have:
Qualification as a Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with relevant residential conveyancing experience.
At least 5 years’ post-qualification experience in residential property work.
Proven ability to run a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision.
Strong working knowledge of the conveyancing process, Land Registry requirements, lender instructions and SDLT procedures.
Experience of handling both freehold and leasehold transactions.
Strong drafting, organisational and file management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Commercial awareness and a practical approach to problem solving.
The ability to prioritise work effectively and meet deadlines.
A strong commitment to client service and regulatory compliance.
Desirable Experience
It would be advantageous to have:
Experience of new build matters.
Experience of shared ownership, Help to Buy and lease extensions.
Previous supervisory or mentoring experience.
