Job Description:

Project Manager – Data Centre Extension | Hemel Hempstead

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to work for the principal contractor on a £1.5m extension to an existing data centre in Hemel Hempstead.

The Project Manager will take responsibility for the delivery of the extension and should have strong experience working for main/principal contractors, ideally on data centre, industrial or technically demanding construction projects.

Key requirement:

• Strong structural frame experience, including good exposure to the frame package
• Principal/main contractor background
• Proven Project Manager-level delivery experience
• Comfortable managing subcontractors, programme, health & safety and site delivery
• Data centre experience would be advantageous
