Interaction Recruitment are looking for experienced Production Operatives to join a busy manufacturing team in Aylesbury. This is an ongoing opportunity offering regular hours, a supportive team and the chance to get started quickly.

• £13.45 per hour
• Monday to Friday – no weekend work
• Shifts: 06:00–14:30 OR 14:00–22:30
• Ongoing work with regular hours
• Friendly and supportive working environment

You’ll be part of the production team helping to keep the manufacturing process running smoothly. Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Working on production lines in a busy manufacturing environment
• Operating machinery and production equipment
• Assembling and preparing products for dispatch
• Carrying out quality checks
• Following production processes and safety procedures
• Working towards daily production targets
• Keeping your work area clean, safe and organised
• Working closely with the rest of the team to get the job done

We’re looking for someone who is reliable, hands-on and takes pride in doing a good job.

You’ll need:

• Previous production or manufacturing experience
• Experience working on a production line
• Good attention to detail
• A reliable and positive attitude
• The ability to follow instructions and processes
• Good teamwork skills
• The ability to stand for extended periods and carry out manual work
• Reliable transport or the ability to commute to Aylesbury for the shift times
