• Hot & Cold Water Systems: Install, modify, and upgrade unvented hot water cylinders, direct/indirect water heaters, booster sets, and distribution pipework (copper, press-fit, plastic, and solvent-weld).

• Refurbishment Projects: Deliver planned multi-trade project packages, minor plant room adjustments, and plumbing upgrades on large static estates and public facilities.

• Testing & Commissioning: Pressure test completed pipework runs, chlorinate/flush new connections, and sign off installation works to building regulations and water bylaws.

Candidate Profile

• Trade Background: NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Plumbing & Heating / Mechanical Services (or time-served equivalent).

• Experience: Proven track record delivering commercial plumbing installations, minor works, or refurbishment projects across commercial estates or healthcare facilities.

• Core Competencies: Confident with press-fit systems, copper soldering, sanitaryware installation, unvented systems, and second-fix commercial fit-outs.

• Certifications: Valid CSCS card (Blue or Gold) and Full UK Driving Licence.

• Advantageous: Unvented Hot Water (G3), Water Regulations (WRAS), and the ability to obtain/pass standard DBS/security clearance.
