Parts Advisor – St Albans

We are recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor, Automotive Parts Advisor to join a busy main dealership in St Albans. Applicants must have previous automotive Parts Advisor experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK.

Location: St Albans, Hertfordshire
Salary: £32,000–£34,000
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm – No Weekends

Parts Advisor Role

• Supply parts to the workshop, trade and retail customers
• Identify and order the correct automotive parts
• Process customer and workshop parts enquiries efficiently
• Receive, check and organise incoming stock
• Maintain accurate stock levels and parts records
• Work closely with Service Advisors and Vehicle Technicians
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting Parts Department sales

Parts Advisor Requirements

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor within the automotive industry
• Good knowledge of automotive parts and Parts Department operations
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good organisational and IT skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Right to work in the UK
