Job Description:

Think Specialist Recruitment are delighted to be supporting a well established business within the St Albans area. Due to growth, this company have an exciting opportunity for a candidate with previous sales administration experience to join their growing team. The suitable candidate will be working within a team environment, providing support to customers over the phone and via email, dealing with engineers, processing orders and more.

Monday - Friday - Predominantly office based with some flexibility after probation

Must have SAP experience

Some of the duties will include:

• Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
• Processing orders and providing quotations and pricing information
• Managing customer orders, deliveries and delivery expectations
• Liaising with production, logistics and sales teams to resolve queries and improve delivery times
• Setting up and maintaining customer accounts
• Managing customer portals and online orders
• Preparing delivery notes and invoices
• Supporting Sales Engineers with customer activity, sales leads and order information
• Managing incoming orders through a shared inbox
• Making occasional outbound calls to customers and prospects and updating the CRM
• Supporting credit control and following company procedures
• Building strong relationships with key customer contacts

The suitable candidate:

• Must have previous experience with SAP
• A strong communicator on all levels
• Strong customer service skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Great team player
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be based within a commutable distance to St Albans
