Job Description:

My client are a high end residential developer who are opening sites in Stevenage, St Albans & Welwyn Garden City and they are looking for a team of Sales Negotiators to be based across the locations

You will be joining to launch the sites & see it through to completion, to be successful within the position you will need sales experience & your CV will need to demonstrate a stable profile. Property sales experience is desirable!

Sales Negotiator duties:

• Build rapport with customers & providing excellent customer service
• Conduct property viewings, explaining pricing, measurements & optional upgrades
• Building strong relationships with construction & progression teams
• Keeping the system up to date
