Are you an experienced New Homes Sales Executive looking for your next opportunity within a fast-paced housebuilding environment?

This is a single-manned site, offering an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership of the sales process, working independently and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full sales process from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Conduct face-to-face and virtual viewings, showcasing new homes and the development.

• Build strong relationships with prospective buyers and guide them through their purchase.

• Maintain detailed knowledge of properties, pricing, incentives and availability.

• Proactively follow up leads and maximise sales opportunities.

• Work towards and achieve sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer records and sales administration.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 3 years' New Homes Sales experience is essential.

• Proven track record in a fast-paced, target-driven sales environment.

• Strong communication, negotiation and customer service skills.

• Confident working independently on a single-manned site.

• Full UK driving licence required.

• Availability for weekend working.
