Google Workspace Support Specialist

Onsite in Stevenage, Hertfordshire

£800 per day inside ir35

Active SC clearance essential - MOD SC preferred

We're looking for an experienced Google Workspace Support Specialist to join a secure enterprise environment in Stevenage.

This is a hands-on Level 2 support and administration role, requiring strong knowledge of Google Workspace alongside excellent ITSM and incident management experience.

• Advanced Google Workspace Administration
• Strong L2 Google Workspace support experience
• Gmail, Google Meet, Drive, Chat, Docs, Sheets & Slides
• User account and application/service management
• Expert-level incident & request management
• Remedy / enterprise ITSM experience
• Strong ITIL / ITSM process knowledge
• Google case management
• Microsoft 365 / Global Email awareness
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure
• Ability to identify technical and ITIL process gaps

You'll be responsible for supporting users, resolving L2 Google Workspace issues, managing incidents and requests, and working closely with wider technical teams to maintain a high-quality service.

Active SC clearance is essential, with MOD SC highly desirable.
