Job Description:

We are seeking Filing Clerks to support our client with a large-scale archiving project on an ongoing basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for organised and detail-oriented individuals to contribute to the efficient handling of historical documents in a structured and supportive environment.

Candidates will need to go through a checking process for a DBS - client will provide.

Your new role:

As a Filing Clerk, you will:

• Collate and organise documents.
• Work through archive boxes in a methodical manner.
• Handle historical vehicle and service logs with accuracy.
• Re-file documents in the correct order.
• Label files and storage boxes clearly.

What you’ll need to succeed:

Essential:

• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to remain focused on repetitive or routine tasks.
• Ability to read and write clearly and accurately.
• Organised and methodical approach to work.

Desirable:

• Previous filing or archiving experience.

What’s on offer:

• Rate of Pay: £14.00 per hour.
• Hours of Work: 07:00 – 15:00, Monday to Friday.
• Contract Length: Ongoing
