LEGAL SECRETARY – PROPERTY | HATFIELD

Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking for your next opportunity within a well-established and friendly law firm?

We’re working with a long-standing, small firm in Hatfield who are looking for a Legal Secretary to join their busy Property team.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous legal secretarial experience, ideally within Conveyancing, who enjoys working in a close-knit team and supporting fee earners in a busy environment.

✨ THE ROLE

• Hatfield
• Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
• Fully office based
• Salary: DOE
• ‍ Supporting 2 Property Fee Earners
• Preparing and submitting Land Registry applications, including AP1s
• Some audio typing/dictation
• ☎️ Answering calls and dealing with general enquiries
• General legal secretarial and administrative support
• ⚡ Working within a busy, established Property department
• Paid parking permit provided

ABOUT YOU

• Previous Legal Secretarial experience is essential
• Conveyancing/Property experience is highly desirable
• Confident supporting fee earners in a busy environment
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Reliable, proactive and able to work independently
• Comfortable dealing with clients and third parties
