Cisco Unified Communications Team Lead

Onsite in Stevenage, Hertfordshire
£810 per day inside ir35
Active SC clearance essential - MOD SC preferred

We're looking for an experienced Cisco Unified Communications Team Lead to join a secure technical environment in Stevenage.

This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone with strong experience across Cisco telephony, video conferencing and collaboration technologies, alongside the ability to lead and support a technical team.

• Lead and support a local Cisco UC / Collaboration team.
• Resolve complex Level 2 telephony and video conferencing incidents.
• Troubleshoot Cisco hardware, applications, endpoints and infrastructure.
• Support and maintain Cisco CMS, Expressway, B2B and MRA environments.
• Work across Cisco Room, SX, EQ, Webex and Board series endpoints.
• Support CUCM, Unity Connection, Jabber, Cisco SBS and TRP.
• Respond to customer escalations and coordinate vendor/L3 escalations.
• Participate in UC and video conferencing projects, upgrades and implementations.
• Ensure the overall health, security and resilience of the UC infrastructure.
• Mentor the team and drive knowledge sharing and technical development.
