Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Executive to join our successful independent dealership in Dunstable, Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated automotive professional to achieve an OTE of £40,000–£50,000+ through uncapped commission and a consistent flow of customer enquiries.

Duties:

• As a Car Sales Executive, manage customers through the complete vehicle purchasing process.
• Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
• Present finance, warranty and additional products where appropriate.
• Negotiate vehicle sales and part-exchange agreements.
• Deliver excellent customer service from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover.
• Support vehicle deliveries and general showroom operations.
• Work towards individual and team sales targets.
• The Car Sales Executive will maintain a professional and organised approach across all customer interactions.
• This Car Sales Executive role involves working a five-day week one week and a six-day week the following week, with one weekday off each week and every other Sunday off.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Car Sales Executive within the automotive sector is essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Confident communication and strong negotiation skills.
• Target-driven attitude with a clear desire to maximise earnings.
• Customer-focused, professional and well organised.
• Comfortable using dealership systems and digital tools.
• Proactive approach and ability to work effectively as part of a team.
