Job Description:

Assistant Site Manager – Campton, Bedfordshire – Residential Development - Starting soon, PERM role.

Our client are a main contractor, who are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team on a residential project in Campton.

Projects you will be involved with:

• Residential New Build

• 66 Units Traditional Build Units from Groundworks to Finishing 

Key Duties: 

• Reporting to the Site Manager or other senior managers as required 

• Assisting the Site Manager or other senior project managers with producing and maintaining

• Assisting in the preparation of information for site progress reports by benchmarking against subcontractor progress, materials on site, variations, day works, etc

• Assisting the Site Managers and other Senior Management in the planning the works

• Assisting in the management and supervision of the on-site construction work activities to ensure compliance with the following

• Collaborate as required with project stakeholders to help ensure the project meets the client requirements and delivers on time, cost and quality.
