Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aftersales Manager to join a reputable main dealer based in Luton, Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a busy and well-established aftersales operation, ensuring operational excellence, high profitability, and superior customer satisfaction.
As the Aftersales Manager, you will have full accountability for the service and aftersales departments, managing day-to-day activities and driving team performance. Our client offers a competitive package, career development opportunities, and a supportive working environment.

• Basic salary of up to £45,000, with an OTE of £60,000 including performance-related bonus

• Monday to Friday working hours, 8:00am – 6:00pm

Duties of the Aftersales Manager:

• Lead, coach, and develop the service team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
• Drive department performance, productivity, and profitability
• Manage workshop loading, utilisation, and operational efficiency
• Maintain high standards of quality control and customer care
• Build and sustain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives
• Ensure adherence to all processes and industry standards and regulations

Requirements of the Aftersales Manager:

• Proven experience in an Aftersales or Service Management role within the motor trade
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
• Commercial awareness with a track record of achieving targets
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
